Our philosophy:
We believe you should do what you love - especially if you can do it in your own home. For some people, it’s book club with friends on their screened-in porch. For others, it’s a workshop where they start a business that funds their retirement. Whatever it is for you, we would love to partner with you to make your dreams come to life. We’ve been blessed to do it for over 20 years in the Upstate and look forward to many more.
About us:
For us, there’s no greater joy than getting to know what makes your family unique. From seeing antique heirloom furniture to some pretty zany hobbies, it never gets old learning what makes people happy!
Following in his father’s footsteps, Ryan grew up watching his dad build homes and began working in construction in the early ‘90s. In 2001 Ryan and Trishka moved to the Upstate and Ryan joined his dad building custom homes. He’s been building here ever since.
Trishka often joins Ryan on the job sites to keep Ryan company and watch as stories unfold through every home. When she isn’t wearing a hard hat, she manages the office and paperwork side of things.
